Our environmental management system is based on the ISO 14001 standard and aims to minimize the environmental impact of our operations by reducing waste, conserving resources, and preventing pollution. A challenge we see as especially important for us is to adapt our design and manufacturing processes to make our products ready for a circular economy.

We are committed to identifying and managing information security risks, implementing appropriate controls, and providing training and awareness programs to all employees.

Occupational Health and Safety Policy

To achieve these commitments, we will:

1. Provide sufficient resources and training to educate and train all employees to perform their duties correctly and responsibly.

2. Comply with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements to ensure that our operation and products meet all necessary safety, environmental, and information security standards for the benefit of our customers and employees.

3. Take responsibility for the quality of all products we procure and services we deliver and build good relationships with our subcontractors and suppliers.

4. We establish and maintain policies, procedures, and processes to deliver products that meet customer requirements on time.

5. Consider the environmental impact of our products throughout their lifecycle, promote the effective use of limited natural resources, and engage in proactive environmental protection activities.

6. Implement risk assessment of information assets and take appropriate measures to protect our customers' and our company's information assets from all threats, while continuously improving our information security management system to ensure the highest level of data protection.

7. Periodically evaluate and review the effectiveness of our management systems and set quality, environmental, and information security objectives consistent with our policies.

8. Identify internal and external issues that affect our management policies and determine the stakeholders involved in our management systems, their needs and expectations, and compliance obligations.

9. Ensure that the products and services obtained from our suppliers are properly managed and consistent with our policies.

10. Regularly review our policies and related procedures, the effectiveness of monitoring and measurement, and the implementation of our objectives and activities.

11. Provide appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure its proper use and maintenance.

12. Consult and collaborate with employees, their representatives, and relevant stakeholders to ensure their active participation in health and safety matters.

This management policy is shared with all our employees, customers, and suppliers and made available to the public.
