How to extend the existing hardware/software with ExpEther from Advanet

In recent years, industrial equipment in the manufacturing field has been required to be developed quickly and to achieve both low cost and high performance for high-mix low-volume production and improved productivity, so that low-cost, high-performance Ethernet and PCI Express are increasingly being used.
However, because industrial equipment requires high network reliability and a distributed arrangement of devices, high reliability communication for Ethernet and extended distance for PCI Express have become issues that need to be addressed.
ExpEther can be used not only for IP data communication but also for data communication with PCI Express, clock signals and customer's original I/O signals which have limited connection distance. ExpEther can also provide reliable data transfer with no data loss when used with conventional Ethernet switches or wireless LAN devices.
