Warranty Policy

1. Warranty period

 

The warranty period for our products is one year from the date of shipment. Although we thoroughly inspect all our products before shipment, in the unlikely event that the relevant product is found to be defective within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product free of charge in accordance with our warranty policy. However, repair or replacement of components with limited lifespan or consumables is not covered. Any repair or replacement work performed after the warranty period will be charged at cost.

 

 

2. Not covered by warranty

 

In the following cases, the product may be repaired for a fee or may not be repaired even within the warranty period:

  • If you purchased the product from someone other than our company or an authorized distributor.
  • If the product has been repaired or modified (including coating) by anyone other than our company.
  • If the product is damaged or burned out.
  • If failure or damage occurs due to natural disasters such as fire, earthquake, flood, etc. or abnormal voltage.
  • If malfunctions are caused by handling that contradicts the instructions in our user's manuals, etc.
  • If it falls under section 7 "7. Example of refusal to repair" of the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Service.

 

 

3. Warranty for repaired products

 

The warranty period for repaired products is one year from the completion of the repair and covers only the failure of the repaired components. If any other components fail, the warranty will be limited to the original warranty period.

Please note that the warranty does not cover the use of secondary market components, customer-supplied components, or customer-specified components used as replacements during the repair.

 

 

4. RMA service period

 

The repair service period is 7 years from the date of our shipment, unless otherwise stipulated differently with the customer. However, we may need to terminate the RMA service early due to discontinuation of production of replacement components, aging of the inspection environment, or other factors.

If you require our RMA service for a product that is over 7 years old, please contact our RMA service representative or distributor before returning the product.

 

 

5. Warranty policy changes

 

This warranty policy is subject to change without notice.
Any changes to the warranty policy will be notified on our website or through other means.
