Overview

This board has a bridge function from PCI Express to Serial RapidIO.
Freescale MPC8543 is adopted as the bridge and In niBand connectors are used for the Serial RapidIO connectors.
Both metal and optical cables for In niBand can be used as a transmission cable. Cable can be extended up to 7m with metal cable and up to 100m with optical cable.
